I would recommend this service to anyone, either renting a home or owning a home. After having my dryer vent cleaned by Northstar my drying time was back to normal. No more drying each load twice or adding time to jeans and towels. Now my clothes dry just as fast as my washer can finish washing them, if not sooner. And knowing that my family and I are not in the high risk zone for dryer fires is a huge relief as well.

Scott was recomended by my Sister who had just had Her dryer vents cleaned and noticed the differance in the shorting of Her drying time. So we hired Him to do ours. He cleaned our dryer and the vent behind it and then went up on the roof to clean the top portion and found no air was coming out from the roof vent. Scott went into the actic and found out that the contractor who did my roof after Charlie never hooked up the vent to the roof. Scott went out of His way to fix this for us, giving up His Saterday to do it for us. I highly recomend Him, our dryer has never worked this good and we feel a lot safer knowing the vent is not full of lint. Best money I have spent in a long time. Thanks Scott keep up the good work.
